All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payments: An initial payment of 20% is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 80% will be automatically charged 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation: A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance. After this period, no refund will be issued.
House Rules
By booking, you agree to the following rules:
Smoking: Prohibited indoors.
Pets: Not allowed without prior approval.
Noise: Total respect for quiet hours during siesta (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM) and from 10:00 PM onwards.
Parties: Strictly prohibited.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum allowed capacity.
Towels: Must not be used at the beach or pool.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Nura Stays and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Nura Stays. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Nura Stays for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Republish material from Nura Stays.
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Nura Stays.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Nura Stays.
Redistribute content from Nura Stays.
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
